Tranceware actively and aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
Software Piracy
The illegal copying of software programs (including illegal distribution of Trancer Keys) is a crime. In the United States and many other countries, copyright law provides for severe civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted material. Copyrighted material includes, but is not limited to, computer programs and accompanying sounds, images and text. Under U.S. law, infringement may result in civil damages of up to $150,000 and/or criminal penalties of up to five years imprisonment and/or a $250,000 fine.

Internet Piracy
To report any site illegally distributing Tranceware software or Keys, please contact Tranceware directly via the contact page.
Tranceware's Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy
Tranceware or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not send any original creative artwork, suggestions or other works. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Tranceware's products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to Tranceware. So, please do not send your unsolicited ideas to Tranceware or anyone at Tranceware.
If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still send them, then regardless of what your letter says, the following terms shall apply to your idea submission.
- Terms of Idea Submission
You agree that: (1) your ideas will automatically become the property of Tranceware, without compensation to you, and (2) Tranceware can use the ideas for any purpose and in any way, even give them to others.
- Product Feedback
Tranceware does, however, welcome your feedback regarding many areas of Tranceware's existing business. If you want to send us your feedback, and we hope you do, we simply request that you send it to us via the contact page. Please provide only specific feedback on Tranceware's existing products or marketing strategies; do not include any ideas that Tranceware's policy will not permit it to accept or consider. It's just one more way that Tranceware can learn how to best satisfy your needs.
Software and Documentation Information
Use of the software from this site is subject to the software license terms set forth in an Tranceware, Inc. Software License. The software license agreement is available for review whenever software is downloaded at this site. Also, any person is hereby authorized to: a) store documentation on a single computer for personal use only and b) print copies of documentation for personal use provided that the documentation contains Tranceware's copyright notice.
